1962 Indo-China War The War Begins (3/4 ) © Swarajyamag.com ____________________________________________________ Right when the world was under tremendous fear due to the Cuban Missile Crisis, China made a bold move to score a point in International Politics by attacking Arunachal Pradesh. The decade of 50's is signified for brotherhood relations between India &China. But at the end of the decade,the conditions worsened and finally it all ended with the war. This blog is about the actual 1962 war. 1. Chinese settlement Plan By the year 1960,the relation of brotherhood between both nations sequentially worsened. In 1960,Zhou Enlai arrived in India for settlement. According to Enlai's demands ,China would leave there claim on Aksai Chin if India left its claim on Arunachal Pradesh. 2.
